WHEREAS, the Liquor On Sale 101-180 Seats license held by Sobo Restaurant, Inc. d/b/a S W Craft Bar (License ID #20070004716) for the premises located at 111 Kellogg Boulevard East, Suite 150 in Saint Paul was the subject of a Notice of Intent to Suspend License sent August 22, 2016, stating that the licensee failed to pay the Liquor On Sale 101-180 Seats (Second Half) license and late fees; and
WHEREAS, the licensee did not respond to the Notice of Intent to Suspend License to pay the second half license and late fees or request a public hearing; and
WHEREAS, the Notice of Intent to Suspend License stated that if the licensee failed to pay the second half license and late fees or request a public hearing by September 1, 2016, that the matter would be placed on the consent agenda to impose the recommended penalty; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, the Liquor On Sale 101-180 Seats license held by Sobo Restaurant, Inc. d/b/a S W Craft Bar is hereby suspended for failure to pay the second half license and late fees.
FURTHER RESOLVED, the license will remain suspended until all delinquent license fees and penalties are paid in full to the Department of Safety and Inspections.
