Comments: Opening a category II vacant building on August 7, 2012 per a revoked CofO by Fire Insp Perucca. See the deficiency letter for list of violations. At the time of my inspection the building appeared vacant and was secure. Issuing s/a to secure four-season porch on south side of building as it appears vagrants are loitering inside (alcohol bottles and drug paraphernalia.) Issuing s/a to secure. Posted several sets of placards and took photos.
