Be it resolved that upon delivery of a fully executed release, the proper City officials are hereby authorized to pay claims submitted by Shawn Hammond, from the City of Saint Paul’s Human Resources Insurance Fund, 1-10017600-60105. The total amount of payment to Shawn Hammond by the City of Saint Paul related to his claim shall not exceed seventy two thousand six hundred dollars and no cents ($72,600.00) and shall constitute full and final settlement of his claim.
