Required Background Information
On July 6, the Board of Zoning Appeals (BZA) duly conducted a public hearing where all persons interested were afforded an opportunity to be heard. However, due to the lack of the 4 votes required to make a decision, the case was laid over until the following BZA meeting on July 18. The Board voted to grant the requested variances at the July 18 meeting. The owner of the adjacent rental property immediately to the east of this parcel is appealing the BZA's decision.
