Body

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul, pursuant to Chapter 62 of the Administrative Code, did hold a public hearing on November 4, 2015 in the City Council Chambers for the purpose of establishing the level of right-of-way maintenance to be performed in the city of Saint Paul and the amount of assessment to be levied against benefited properties for both right-of-way maintenance and above-standard lighting operation and maintenance; and

WHEREAS, the Department of Public Works did perform the 2016 right-of-way maintenance services and the above-standard lighting operations and maintenance services in a manner as set forth and approved by the City Council and described in the report of the Department of Public Works; and

WHEREAS, the Office of Financial Services Real Estate Section has prepared the attached Report of Completion of Assessment for the assessment of benefits, costs and expenses for said Right-of-Way Maintenance Program and Above-Standard Lighting Operation and Maintenance Program,
