Authorizing the Fire Department to enter into a lease agreement with Fire Nuggets for the use of the department's training facility.
Body
WHEREAS, the Fire Nuggets would like to use the Fire Department training facility to provide training to firefighters, and
WHEREAS, the public purpose is to allow the non-profit Fire Nuggets organization to provide training to firefighters, and
RESOLVED, that the proper City officials are hereby authorized and directed to execute a lease agreement which includes an indemnification clause with Fire Nuggets to use the Fire Department training facility, as provided by the Fire Department; a copy of said lease agreement is to be kept on file and of record in the Fire Department.
