Body

WHEREAS on June 1, 2016, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File RLH AR 16-26, said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for Collection of Fire Certificate of Occupancy Fees billed November 10 to December 11, 2015 at 1006 Van Buren Avenue. (File No. CRT1608, Assessment No. 168208).

 

WHEREAS, the property at 1006 Van Buren Avenue, being described as: Joseph R Weides 4th Addition Lot 17 Blk 2, with the property identification number 29-29-22-12-0163 was assessed an amount of $617; and

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommended reducing the assessment from $687 to $351 because property owner was charged incorrectly by the Department of Safety & Inspections; Now, Therefore Be It,

 

RESOLVED, that Council File RLH AR 16-26 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
