WHEREAS on May 18, 2016, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File No. RLH AR 16-23, said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for Property Clean Up services from January 4 to 28, 2016. (File No. J1608A, Assessment No. 168517); and
WHEREAS, the property at 1895 Ivy Avenue East, being described as: Hayden Heights E 1/2 Of Lots 53 54 And Lot 55 Blk 16, with the property identification number 23-29-22-32-0179 was assessed an amount of $470; and
WHEREAS, Department of Safety and Inspections staff recommends deleting the assessment because the clean-up of the tires was illegal dumping;
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer concurs with the recommendation; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the reduction of $470, plus any accrued interests, be deleted. Council File No. RLH AR 16-23 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
