Granting an extension to Jeff Otto for compliance with a Fire Inspection Correction Notice at 391 TOPPING STREET pertaining to roof repair.

WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Jeff & Judy Otto to a Fire Inspection Correction Notice at 391 TOPPING STREET, the City Council denied the appeal, but granted the following extensions in Council File RLH FCO 15-344:
March 1 - reduce pallets to 14 ft high;
April 1 - reduce pallets to 12 ft high;
May 1, reduce pallets to 10 ft high;
July 1 - the pallets may be stored in rows of two but there must be a separation between rows of 6 ft; and
July 1 - repair the roof; and
WHEREAS, compliance has been achieved with the deadlines outlined above as of June 24, 2016; and
WHEREAS, Mr. Otto has provided bids for the repair of the roof and requested an extension of 6 months to come into compliance with the orders for the repair of the roof; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
