WHEREAS on May 4, 2016, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File No. RLH AR 16-16, said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for Collection of Vacant Building Registration Fees billed from May 18 to November 24, 2015. (File No. VB1607, Assessment No. 168806); and
WHEREAS, the property at 1050 Euclid Street, being described as: L Warners Sub of B78 Lyman Da Lot 3 Blk 78, with the property identification number 33-29-22-31-0027 was assessed an amount of $2180; and
WHEREAS, Department of Safety and Inspections staff recommends deleting the assessment because the owner received its code compliance certificate and vacant building file was closed prior to being assessed;
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer concurs with the recommendation; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the reduction of $2180, plus any accrued interests, be deleted. Council File No. RLH AR 16-16 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
