Title

Amending the financing and spending plans in the Capital Budget for the Department of Public Works by adding $747,920 of Saint Paul Regional Water Services (SPRWS) funding, $113,960 of Assessment Funding, and $221,619 of Sewers funding into the Wheelock Parkway Reconstruction Project.

 

Body

WHEREAS, the Department of Public Works has opened bids for the Wheelock ParkwayReconstruction Project; and

 

WHEREAS, there needs to be $747,920 of SPRWS funding added to the program for work completed for SPRWS under the project; and

 

WHEREAS, there needs to be $113,960 assessment funding added to the program to correctly reflect assessment financing; and

 

WHEREAS, there needs to be $221,619 of Sewers funding added to the program for work completed for Sewers under the project: and

 

WHEREAS, the Mayor pursuant to Section 10.07.1 of the Charter of the City of Saint Paul, does certify that there are available additional funds available for appropriation of $1,083,499  in the Capital Improvement Budgets; and

 

Now, therefore be it, RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Saint Paul, upon recommendation of the Mayor and advice of the Long Range Capital Improvement Budget Committee, that $1,083,499  is available for appropriation in the Capital Improvements Budgets, as heretofore adopted and amended by this Council, be hereby further amended in the Improvement Budgets in the following particulars:
