Title
Amending the financing and spending plans in the Capital Budget for the Department of Public Works in the amount of $104,468 to reflect additional federal funding for the Charles Bikeway.
Body
[WHEREAS, the Department of Public Works has been awarded federal funding administered through the Minnesota Department of Transportation in the amount of $635,570, and
WHEREAS, the amount of federal revenue collected to date is $104,468 more than the original budget.
WHEREAS, the Mayor, pursuant to Section 10.07.1 of the Charter of the City of Saint Paul, does certify that there are available additional funds of $104,468 in the Capital Improvement Budgets; and
Now, therefore be it, RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Saint Paul, upon recommendation of the Mayor and advice of the Long Range Capital Improvement Budget Committee, that $104,468 available for appropriation in the Capital Improvement Budgets, as heretofore adopted and amended by this Council, be hereby further amended in the Improvement Budgets in the following particulars:
