Approving assessment costs and setting date of City Council public hearing to ratify the assessments for the improvements on Randolph Avenue from Brimhall to Syndicate. (File No. 19172, Assessment No. 155400)

WHEREAS, the Office of Financial Services Real Estate Section has prepared the attached Report of Completion of Assessment for the assessment of benefits, cost and expenses for constructing new bituminous surfaced street with concrete curb and gutter, concrete driveway aprons and outwalks, and boulevard landscaping with sod and trees. The existing wood pole lights were replaced with new lantern style street lighting systems. New traffic signals were constructed at Hamline and Albert.
Also as part of the project, special attention was paid to bring the existing pedestrian ramps up to current ADA standards, with 2 separate ramps in line with the sidewalk in both directions, and with a truncated dome surface.
This was a Ramsey County project and was designed by them and they performed the construction administration. The majority of the project was also funded by Ramsey County.

WHEREAS, the Office of Financial Services Real Estate Section has prepared for the Council's consideration the attached Assessment Roll listing the benefited property, the property owner, the service provided and the charges for the service; and hereby submits the Assessment Roll for the City Council's consideration to adopt and levy the charges as an assessment against the benefited property; now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and approves said Report of Completion of Assessment and Assessment Roll; and be it further
