Ratifying the assessments for Excessive Inspection/Abatement services billed November 23 to December 18, 2015. (File No. J1608E, Assessment No. 168309)

 

Body

WHEREAS, the Saint Paul City Council in Council File RES 16-346 accepted the Report of Completion for Excessive Use of Inspection or Abatement Services billed during the time period of November 23 to December 18, 2015; and

 

WHEREAS, the City Council’s Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the assessment roll, considered appeals of affected property owners and developed recommendations for City Council with respect to those assessments; and

 

WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing on May 18, 2016 to consider ratification of the assessment roll; and

 

WHEREAS, the City Council considered and found satisfactory the assessment of benefits, costs and expenses for the services provided; now, therefore be it

 

RESOLVED, that, pursuant to Ch. 14 of the City Charter and Ch. 60 of the Administrative Code, the assessments are hereby in all respects ratified with the exception of the following amendments which will be considered separately:

 

RLH TA 16-193:  1294 Bohland Place;

RLH TA 16-212:  1522 Dora Lane;

RLH TA 16-177:  1022 Earl Street;

RLH TA 16-186:  25 Elizabeth Street;

RLH TA 16-185:  2135 Fifth Street East;

RLH TA 16-176:  558 Grotto Street North;

RLH TA 16-180:  815 Ohio Street;

RLH TA 16-172:  767 University Avenue West;

RLH TA 16-199:  76 Wheelock Parkway East; and be it further

 

RESOLVED, that the assessments be payable in one (1) installment, unless specified by the Legislative Hearing Officer’s recommended amendments.
