RESOLVED, that upon execution and delivery of a release in full to the City of Saint Paul, the proper City officials are hereby authorized and directed to pay out of the Tort Liability Fund 10017405-74205 to Tou Lee Moua and his attorney David K. Cody, The Cody Law Group, the total sum of Twenty Two Thousand Five Hundred Dollars and no cents ($22,500.00) in full and final settlement in civil case no. 62-CV-15-5643 for damages and attorneys’ fees arising from the incident occurring on May 17, 2014.
