WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Cziasarh N. Yang, United Home Healthcare, to a Rescheduled Per Request Fire Inspection Correction Notice at 506 KENNY ROAD, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council deny and grant an extension until December 30, 2016 to come in compliance with the removal of the tank or get the tank completely filled with approved inert solid materials; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
