Title
Amending the financing and spending plans in the Fire Department in the amount of $79,289.60 for the HealthRise grant program from Regions Hospital.
Body
WHEREAS, the Fire Department has received a grant of $79,289.60 from Regions Hospital Foundation to fund the HealthRise Program which will pay a portion of the salary of the Community Paramedic, and
WHEREAS, the financing and spending plans have not been established for the grant received, and
WHEREAS, the Mayor pursuant to Section 10.07.1 of the Charter of the City of Saint Paul, does certify that there are available for appropriation funds of $79,289.60 in excess of those estimated in the 2016 budget, and
WHEREAS, the Mayor recommends the following additions be made in the 2016 budget:

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council accepts this grant, and hereby approves the changes to the 2016 budget referenced in this resolution, and furthermore authorizes the appropriate city officials to execute and implement the attached grant agreement for the HealthRise grant.
