Accepting the gift of the cost of airfare, lodging, some airport transportation, and some meal expenses from Living Cities, for Scott Cordes, Director of Budget and Innovation; Kathy Lantry, Public Works Director; Wes Saunders-Pearce, Water Resources Coordinator - DSI; and Kristin Guild, Deputy Director - PED, to attend Living Cities City Accelerator convening.

WHEREAS, the Living Cities City Accelerator convening in Denver, Colorado on April 14 - 15, 2016; and
WHEREAS, Living Cities has offered to pay some costs associated with city staff attending the convening; and
WHEREAS, the city believes that having city staff attend the Living Cities City Accelerator convening will be beneficial by promoting promising innovations that will have a significant impact on the lives of the residents of Saint Paul; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the City Council hereby accepts the gift for the airfare, lodging, transportation to and from airport, and some meal expenses for the Living Cities City Accelerator convening and thanks Living Cities for its generous gift.
