WHEREAS on February 3, 2016, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File No. RLH AR 15-96, said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for Excessive Inspection/Abatement services billed during July 23 to August 21, 2015. (File No. J1604E, Assessment No. 168303); and
WHEREAS, the property at 865 University Avenue West, Assessment Rull under 871 University Avenue West, being described as: Victoria Street Addition to St. Paul Lots 6 thru Lot 10 Blk 4, with the property identification number 35-29-23-24-0107 was assessed an amount of $155.00; and
WHEREAS, Department of Safety and Inspections staff recommends deleting the assessment due to a new owner;
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer concurs with the recommendation; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the reduction of $155.00, plus any accrued interests, be deleted. Council File No. RLH AR 15-96 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
