WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Cal Prince, Property Manager, to a Re-Inspection Fire Certificate of Occupancy With Deficiencies at 560 GROTTO STREET NORTH, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council deny and grant an extension to June 1, 2016 for compliance of exterior repairs for Items 1, 2, 5, 6, 8 and 9; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
