Purpose of Appeal: DSI put project on hold after building permit has been approved and house demolished. DSI identified issue with sewer pipe crossing my property. They never reported any info (easement) about it prior and holding my project because of it.

WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Alex Zhuravel to a Summary Abatement Order at 476 CURTICE STREET EAST, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant;
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council deny the appeal and grant an extension until April 15, 2016 to backfill the excavation of the property by putting in soil, seeds and secure the area by fencing it and property must be maintained; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
