WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Lawrence Overton to a Correction Notice at 282 ERIE STREET, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant;
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council deny and grant an extension until June 1, 2016 to add more Class 5 to areas where needed on the condition that owner puts in permanent asphalt or concrete parking surface by August 18, 2017; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
