WHEREAS on February 17, 2016, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File No. RLH AR 15-100, said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for Property Clean Up services during October 8 to 29, 2015. (File No. J1605A, Assessment No. 168504); and
WHEREAS, the property at 510 Hoyt Avenue East, being described as: Gothier's Addition No. 2 Subj to Esmts Lots 3 and Lot 8 Blk 2, with the property identification number 20-29-22-24-0005 was assessed an amount of $448.00; and
WHEREAS, Department of Safety and Inspections staff recommends deleting the assessment because payment was received;
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer concurs with the recommendation; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the reduction of $448.00, plus any accrued interests, be deleted. Council File No. RLH AR 15-100 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
