WHEREAS on March 2, 2016, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File No. RLH AR 15-106, said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for Graffiti Removal services from October 14 to November 9, 2015. (File No. J1605P, Assessment No. 168404); and
WHEREAS, the property at 421 Summit Avenue, Unit 3, being described as: Common Interest Community Number 297 Buxton House Condominium 2nd Addition Unit No. 3, with the property identification number 01-28-23-24-0248 was assessed an amount of $91.82; and
WHEREAS, Department of Safety and Inspections staff recommends deleting the assessment because there is a graffiti waiver on file;
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer concurs with the recommendation; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the reduction of $91.82, plus any accrued interests, be deleted. Council File No. RLH AR 15-106 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
