WHEREAS on February 3, 2016, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File No. RLH AR 15-97, said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for Graffiti Removal services during September 9 to October 6, 2015. (File No. J1604P, Assessment No. 168403); and
WHEREAS, the property at 1161 University Avenue West, being described as: Vac University Ave Adj and Ex W 27 Ft; Lot 28 and all of Lots 29 and 30 Blk 7, with the property identification number 34-29-23-14-0230 was assessed an amount of $240.46; and
WHEREAS, Office of Financial Services staff contacted our office and recommends deleting the assessment because there is a waiver on file;
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer concurs with the recommendation; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the reduction of $240.46, plus any accrued interests, be deleted. Council File No. RLH AR 15-97 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
