Amending Council Files RLH AR 15-84 and RLH TA 15-526 to delete the assessment for Property Clean Up services during August 4 to 31, 2015 at 1183 FIFTH STREET EAST (File No. J1603A, Assessment No. 168502).

WHEREAS on January 20, 2016, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File Nos. RLH AR 15-72 and TA 15-526 and, said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for Property Clean Up services during August 4 to 31, 2015 (File No. J1603A, Assessment No. 168502); and
WHEREAS, the property at 1183 Fifth Street East, being described as: A Gotzians Re Of Sigels Add Part Of Lot 21 Sely Of A L Run From Nely Intersection Of Sts To Most Nly Cor Of Sd Lot And All Of Lot 22 Blk 12, with the property identification number 33-29-22-11-0178 was assessed an amount of $320; and
WHEREAS, Department of Safety and Inspections staff recommends deleting the assessment due to inspector error;
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer concurs with the recommendation; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the reduction of $320, plus any accrued interests, be deleted. Council File Nos. RLH AR 15-72 and RLH TA 15-526 are hereby amended to reflect this change.
