Amending Council File RLH AR 15-78 to delete the assessment for Trash Hauling services from July 8 to 29, 2015 at 981 EARL STREET (File No. J1602G, Assessment No. 168701).

WHEREAS on January 6, 2016, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File No. RLH AR 15-78, said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for Trash Hauling services from July 8 to 29, 2015. (File No. J1602G, Assessment No. 168701); and
WHEREAS, the property at 981 Earl Street, being described as: Abbotanckers Re L1 328 30b4 S 1/2 Of Lot 5 And All Of Lot 4, with the property identification number 28-29-22-24-0080 was assessed an amount of $90; and
WHEREAS, Department of Safety and Inspections staff recommends deleting the assessment because it was assessed to the wrong property;
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer concurs with the recommendation; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the reduction of $90, plus any accrued interests, be deleted. Council File No. RLH AR 15-78 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
