WHEREAS on January 6, 2016, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File No. RLH AR 15-72, said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for Collection of Fire Certificate of Occupancy fees billed during April 20 to May 8, 2015. (File No. CRT1601, Assessment No. 168200); and
WHEREAS, the property at 1621 Clarence Street, being described as: Sylvan Heights Addition Lots 1 And Lot 2 Blk 1, with the property identification number 22-29-22-22-0060 was assessed an amount of $410; and
WHEREAS, Department of Safety and Inspections staff recommends deleting the assessment because payment was received;
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer concurs with the recommendation; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the reduction of $410, plus any accrued interests, be deleted. Council File No. RLH AR 15-72 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
