Amending Council File RLH AR 15-89 to delete the assessment for Graffiti Removal services during August 3 to 30, 2015 at 755 JACKSON STREET (File No. J1603P, Assessment No. 168402).

WHEREAS on January 20, 2016, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File No. RLH AR 15-89, said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for Graffiti Removal services during August 3 to 30, 2015. (File No. J1603P, Assessment No. 168402); and
WHEREAS, the property at 755 Jackson Street, being described as: Drakes 2nd Additions to St Pa Lots 1, 2 & 24 Blk 3, with the property identification number 30-29-22-34-0086 was assessed an amount of $261.84; and
WHEREAS, Department of Safety and Inspections staff recommends deleting the assessment because there is a graffiti waiver on file;
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer concurs with the recommendation; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the reduction of $261.84, plus any accrued interests, be deleted. Council File No. RLH AR 15-89 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
