ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER, Consistent with the authority granted to the Mayor in Section 10.07 of the City Charter, and on the request of the Director of the Department of Public Works, to amend the 2016 spending budget of the Recycling and Solid Waste accounting unit, the Director of the Office of Financial Services is authorized to amend said budget in the manner specified in the attached financial analysis form.
