Authorizing the Police Department to enter into Organized Crime Drug Enforcement agreements throughout 2016 with the United States Department of Justice.

RESOLVED, that the City of Saint Paul, Police Department is authorized to enter into Organized Crime Drug Enforcement Task Force (OCDETF) agreements with the United States Department of Justice for the period of January 1, 2016 through December 31, 2016 in order to participate in any Federal Bureau of Investigation or Drug Enforcement Agency task force operations for this period. The agreement(s) in the form and content substantially as set forth in the attached will be entered into and implemented by Chief Thomas E. Smith.
