Authorizing the Police Department to purchase food, water and soda for the 2015-1 Recruit Academy Graduation.

WHEREAS, the Training Unit of the Saint Paul Police Department, Recruit Academy 2015-1 is conducting the following: The 2015-1 Recruit Academy Graduation Night:
WHEREAS, the 2015-1 Recruit Academy Graduation will be held on February 2, 2016 - at Harding High School, 1540 6th St E, in the City of Saint Paul, Minnesota, and
WHEREAS, this purpose, the 2015-1 Recruit Academy Graduation Night is to allow family members, members of the public, city administrators and the graduates to have refreshments in appreciation for their attendance to the graduation ceremony; and
THEREFORE BE IT ORDERED, that pursuant to the 2016 City Budget, the proper City Officials are hereby authorized to remit an amount not to exceed $300.00 to Cub Foods, 1440 University Ave W St Paul, MN 55104 to cover expenses for food, water and soda for the above mentioned Saint Paul Police Department Recruit Academy Training.
