RESOLVED, that upon execution and delivery of a release in full to the City of Saint Paul, the proper City officers are hereby authorized and directed to pay out of the Tort Liability Fund 10017405 - 74205 the total sum of fifteen thousand dollars and no cents ($15,000.00) in full and final settlement of Plaintiff’s MNGDPA claim in Michael Smith v. City of St. Paul.
