Body

WHEREAS on June 17, 2015, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File No. RLH AR 15-34, said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for Graffiti Removal services from January 7 to 15, 2015. (File No. J1505P, Assessment No. 158404) at 567 Stryker Avenue; and

WHEREAS, the property at 567 Stryker Avenue, being described as: West St Paul Blks 100 Thru 171 Etc S 1/2 of Lot 7 and All of Lot 6 Blk 100, with the property identification number 07-28-22-14-0070 was assessed an amount of $190.46; and

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends deleting the assessment as there was a graffiti waiver on file since 2011; Now, Therefore, Be It

RESOLVED, that Real Estate Office will abate the $190.46 plus interest of $12.46 from the 2016 Property Tax Statement.
