SPOKE TO SOME GUY WHO TOLD ME THE CAR IN THE GARAGE WAS HIS AND SOMEONE WAS GOING TO REPAIR AND DOES CAR REPAIR. I CALLED THE FATHER OF PO AND HE SAID, HIS SON THE OWNER IS OUT OF TOWN TILL THE 27TH. HE SAID, HE WILL TAKE CARE OF GRASS AND GARBAGE. TOLD HIM OF SQATTERS IN THE HOME DOING THIS TO CALL POLICE. 06/22/2015: *Recheck - rubbish remains and tgw. garage is locked now and no car repair going on. wo

WHEREAS, the Office of Financial Services Real Estate Section has attached to this Council File both a report of completion outlining the costs and fees associated with Property Clean Up services billed May 29 to July 1, 2015. (File No. J1601A, Assessment No. 168500) and the assessment roll including all properties for which these assessments are proposed for Council ratification; and

WHEREAS, the City Council’s Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed an appeal of this assessment and developed a recommendation for the City Council with respect to this assessment; and

WHEREAS, a public hearing having been conducted for the above improvement, and said assessment having been further considered by the Council and having been considered financially satisfactory; Now, Therefore, Be It
