Be it resolved that upon delivery and proper execution of an arbitration decision to the City of Saint Paul, the proper City officials are authorized to pay from the Saint Paul Public Works Tort Liability Fund to Nationwide Insurance Company as subrogee of Ricky Vang, the amount of fourteen thousand nine hundred forty three dollars and twenty three cents ($14,943.26) in full and final settlement of their no-fault medical subrogation claim stemming from a motor vehicle accident on the 16th day of September, 2013 in Saint Paul, MN.
