Amending Council File RLH AR 15-13 to delete the assessment for Collection of Vacant Building Fees billed December 6, 2013 to August 26, 2014 at 1161 ARUNDEL STREET (File No. VB1503, Assessment No. 158802).

Body

WHEREAS on February 18, 2015, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File No. RLH AR 15-13, said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for Collection of Vacant Building Fees billed December 6, 2013 to August 26, 2014 at 1161 Arundel Street (File No. VB1503, Assessment No. 158802); and

WHEREAS, the property at 1161 Arundel Street, being described as: Soderbergs 2nd Addition Lot 6 Blk 3, with the property identification number 25-29-23-21-0097 was assessed an amount of $3,035.00; and

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends deleting the assessment because extension waivers were given by DSI staff; Now, Therefore, Be It

RESOLVED, that the reduction of $3,035.00, plus any accrued interests, be deleted.  Council File No. RLH AR 15-13 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
