WHEREAS, the Saint Paul City Council in Council File RES 15-1684 accepted the Report of Completion for the assessment of benefits, cost and expenses for constructing new bituminous surfaced street with concrete curb and gutter, concrete driveway aprons and outwalks, boulevards landscape with sod and trees, new lantern style street lighting, new traffic signals at Fairview and Snelling. Also as part of the project, existing pedestrian ramps were brought up to current ADA standards, with 2 separate ramps in line with the sidewalk in both directions, and with a truncated dome surface; and
WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing on October 21, 2015 to consider ratification of the assessment roll; and
WHEREAS, the City Council considered and found satisfactory the assessment of benefits, costs and expenses for the construction work; now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that the said assessment is hereby in all respects ratified.
RESOLVED FURTHER, that the assessment be made payable in twenty (20) equal installments.
