WHEREAS, the Saint Paul City Council File RES 15-1682 accepted the Report of Completion for Repair of Sanitary Sewer Line on Private Properties requested by the Property Owner during the time period of Aril to June 2015; and
WHEREAS, the City held a public hearing on October 21, 2015 to consider ratification of assessment roll; and
WHEREAS, the City Council considered and found satisfactory the assessment of benefits, costs and expenses for the services provided; now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that, pursuant to Ch. 14 of the City Charter and Ch. 60 of the Administrative Code, the assessment is herby in all respects ratified; and be it further
RESOLVED, that the assessment is be payable in twenty (20) equal installments.
