Title

Authorizing the Department of Parks and Recreation to reallocate a total of $20,000 of the 2015 Como Special Fund Budget between spending accounts, thereby adjusting the budget to most accurately reflect the projected actual spending, while also providing the appropriate levels of spending authority.   

Body

Administrative Order, consistent with the authority granted to the Mayor in section 10.07.4 of the City Charter and based on the request of the Director of the Department of Parks and Recreation, to amend the 2015 spending budget for the reallocation of funds within existing budgets.  This is an attempt to have the budget most accurately reflect the anticipated spending actuals at a detailed level, which will also allow for the availabliltiy of sufficient spending authority within the accounting unit budget.  Parks and Recreation wishes to reallocate a total of $20,000 in the budget as listed.  The Director of the Office of Financial Services is authorized to amend said budget in the particulars as indicated in the attached financial analysis
