IT IS RESOLVED that the City of Saint Paul enter into MnDOT Agreement No. 1000544 with State of Minnesota, Department of Transportation for the following purposes:
To provide for the power, operation, and maintenance of the new City bridge lighting on Trunk Highway No. 94 at Mackubin Street and Grotto Street; and for existing City bridge lighting on Trunk Highway No. 94 at Griggs Street in the City of St. Paul, Ramsey County, Minnesota
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Mayor and the Director of Public Works are authorized to execute the Agreement and any amendments to the Agreement.
