Ratifying the assessment for the Maiden Lane, Western to Nina and Virginia Street, Dayton to Marshall street paving/lighting project. (File No. 19153 and 19154, Assessment No. 145203 and 145204)

WHEREAS, the Saint Paul City Council in Council File RES 15-1477 accepted the Report of Completion for the assessment of benefits, cost and expenses for constructing new brick street paving on Maiden Lane and brick paving, resetting granite curb, and lighting on Virginia Street and all other necessary work to complete said project; and
WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing on September 16, 2015 to consider ratification of the assessment roll; and
WHEREAS, the City Council considered and found satisfactory the assessment of benefits, costs and expenses for the construction work; now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that the said assessment is hereby in all respects ratified.
RESOLVED FURTHER, that the assessment be made payable in twenty (20) equal installments.
