Ratifying the assessment for the street paving and lighting improvements along Western Avenue from Selby Avenue to University Avenue. (File No. 19160, Assessment No. 145207)

WHEREAS, the Saint Paul City Council in Council File RES 15-1473 accepted the Report of Completion for the assessment of benefits, cost and expenses for roadway reconstruction, curb and gutter, storm water quality improvements, lantern style street lighting, installation of traffic calming devices, bicycle infrastructure and sidewalk improvements along Western Avenue from Selby Avenue to University; and
WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing on September 16, 2015 to consider ratification of the assessment roll; and
WHEREAS, the City Council considered and found satisfactory the assessment of benefits, costs and expenses for the construction work; now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that the said assessment is hereby in all respects ratified.
RESOLVED FURTHER, that the assessment be made payable in twenty (20) equal installments.
