Legislative Hearing Staff Comments: This house in our neighborhood originally had a garage access from Norfolk. At some point a garage was added to have access from the alley. Now it's left with a "driveway to nowhere" off of Norfolk that is not used and only interrupts the flow of the front lawns on the block. It looks incomplete and shoddy.

WHEREAS, in the matter of the Appeal of Michael J. Miller to a Correction Notice at 2006 NORFOLK AVENUE, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant;
WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council grants the appeal; Now, Therefore, Be It
RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
