Authorizing the establishment of a Pool Concession Budget in the Parks and Recreation Special Services Fund in the amount of $102,781 to reflect 2015 revenue and spending expectations for pool concessions.
Body
WHEREAS, the Department of Parks and Recreation receives revenue from its Concessions at the outdoor seasonal pool facilities and also incurs related costs such as materials for resale; and
WHEREAS, Parks and Recreation wishes to establish a budget to reflect the operations in Pool Concessions in the Special Services Fund; and
WHEREAS, based on previous actual amounts, Parks and Recreation estimates the 2015 financing and spending to be approximately $102,781; and
WHEREAS, Parks and Recreation wishes to amend the Special Services budget to reflect this additional funding; and
WHEREAS, the Mayor, pursuant to Section 10.07.01 of the Charter of the City of Saint Paul, does certify that there are available for appropriation, funds of $102,781 in excess of those estimated in the current Special Services budget; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Saint Paul authorizes the changes to the Special Services Fund and approves these amendments to the 2015 Budget.
