RESOLVED, that upon execution and delivery of a release in full to the City of Saint Paul, the proper City officials are hereby authorized and directed to pay out of the Tort Liability Fund 10017405-74205 to James Cannon and his attorney William Walker, the total sum of Fifty Thousand Dollars and no cents ($50,000.00) in full and final settlement in James Cannon v. City of Saint Paul and John Doe for damages and attorney’s fees arising from the incident occurring on September 5, 2014.
