Title

WHEREAS, the East 7th Streetscape Improvements Project has been cancelled due to a lack of funding to fully complete the project, and

WHEREAS, there is $386,000 of Federal funding in the East 7th Streetscape Improvements Project that needs to be identified as a lapse of appropriation and $97,000 of CIB that is being proposed for transfer into the 2015 Signalized Intersection Safety Improvements Program, and

WHEREAS, there needs to be $570,699 added to the 2015 Third Street SPSVP Project from SPRWS and Sewers financing in order to cover that work being done under the project, and

WHEREAS, the Mayor, pursuant to Section 10.07.1 of the Charter of the City of Saint Paul, does certify that there are available for appropriation funds of $ 570,699; and

WHEREAS, the Mayor, pursuant to Section 10.07.4 of the Charter of the City of Saint Paul, does certify that there are available for transfer of appropriation funds of $ 97,000; and

WHEREAS, the Mayor, pursuant to Section 10.9 of the Charter of the City of Saint Paul, does certify that there are lapsed appropriations of $ 386,000 in the Capital Improvement Budgets; so

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Saint Paul, upon recommendation of the Mayor and advice of the Long Range Capital Improvement Budget Committee, that $ 570,699 is available for appropriation,
$97,000 is available for transfer of appropriation and $ 386,000 is lapsed appropriations in the Capital Improvement Budgets, as heretofore adop...
