Purpose of Appeal: I need an extension on the Vacant Building Fee to complete the repair of the home to meet City Code Compliance. Home's being close to be finished. Thank you!

WHEREAS, in the matter of Appeal of Alex Yang to a Vacant Building Registration Fee at 36 FRONT AVENUE, the Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed the appeal and considered the testimony of City staff and the appellant; and

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends that the City Council waive the vacant building fee for 120 days; Now, Therefore, Be It

RESOLVED, that the Saint Paul City Council hereby accepts and adopts the Legislative Hearing Officer's recommendation in this matter.
