History of Orders on Property: On February 26, 2015, SPPD executed a search warrant resulting in the arrest of two individuals for possession of marijuana and controlled substances. Inspector found the yard and driveway full of garbage bags, rubbish, recycling materials, wood, auto body parts, etc.; illegally parked vehicles in the backyard; no marked trash containers on site. Inspector sent a summary abatement order, vehicle abatement order, a correction notice, and order to provide garbage service.

WHEREAS, the Office of Financial Services Real Estate Section has attached to this Council File both a report of completion outlining the costs and fees associated with Trash Hauling services during March 4 to 25, 2015. (File No. J1509G, Assessment No. 158710) and the assessment roll including all properties for which these assessments are proposed for Council ratification; and
WHEREAS, the City Council's Legislative Hearing Officer has reviewed an appeal of this assessment and developed a recommendation for the City Council with respect to this assessment; and
