Body

WHEREAS on April 2, 2014, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File No. RLH AR 14-61, said Resolution being the Ratification of Collection of Certificate of Occupancy fees billed March 13 to April 15, 2014 at 3126 Grand Avenue. (File No. CRT1412, Assessment No. 148213); and

WHEREAS, the property at 1326 Grand Avenue, being described as: Stinson's Boulevard Lots 12 and Lot 13 Blk 3, with the property identification number 03-28-23-42-0026 was assessed an amount of $515; and

WHERAS, Department of Safety and Inspections recommends deletion of the assessment due to entry error which incorrectly assessed this property; and

WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer concurs with the recommendation; Now, Therefore, Be It

RESOLVED, that the reduction of $515, plus any accrued interests, be deleted.  Council File No. RLH AR 14-61 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
